Dmytro Aviedov

VP Engineering

Dmytro is responsible for all aspects of engineering in the company: software, mechanical and electrical. As VP Engineering Dmytro is responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap to keep enhancing MedMinder’s technical innovation.
As a savvy technologist Dmytro brings to MedMinder his deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Prior to MedMinder, he was a Solutions Architect in the Gordian Group, where he coordinated work with different teams to achieve best results and efficiency. A native Ukrainian, Dmytro has worked at a wide range of European companies, from start-up projects to international corporations. Dmytro graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in IT from Sevastopol State University.

Ethan Davis

General Counsel

Ethan is a healthcare attorney with over 20 years’ experience both in-house and as outside counsel for a variety of healthcare providers including hospitals, physicians and pharmacies. Ethan comes to us most recently from Signature Healthcare Corporation, a non-profit hospital and physician group where he served as Associate General Counsel and was responsible for the organization’s legal and compliance functions. Prior to Signature, Ethan was Assistant General Counsel with a national dialysis provider and an attorney in the Boston office of Locke Lord LLP.

Steven Hess

Chief Pharmacy Officer

Steven Hess has 40 years’ experience in the pharmacy industry. Steven was Executive Vice President of Pharmacy operations and technology at Apotheco Pharmacy. At Apotheco he opened 9 pharmacies within 2 years growing it to a total of 20 Pharmacies. He was also responsible for implementing a new pharmacy system.

Prior to Apotheco he was at Diplomat specialty pharmacy as SVP of procurement and spent 10 years at Catamaran now Optum as VP of pharmacy operations overseeing mail order pharmacy, procurement, and HBS a software company that had 1400 pharmacies on their software system. Steven Hess is the “Get it Done Guy” with a passion for the pharmacy industry. As an Executive Vice President with a keen understanding for people, processes, and profit, Steven has a reputation for turning around multi-million businesses and identifying added revenue streams. Steven is a licensed pharmacist in Illinois and attended the Medical University of South Carolina.

Vice President, Human Resources
